The Mind-Body Medicine Integration online course is an at-your-own pace course designed to take you deeper into your unique and personal experience as a human being from a mind, body, and spirit perspective. Aubrey will introduce specific modalities to encourage exploration of your self-awareness, self-efficacy, and self-actualization in the hopes of helping you cultivate your relationship with your own sacredness. Through guided meditations and activities, you will have the opportunity to explore wellness modalities that can be easily incorporated into your daily life.
