Welcome to the first steps on your journey toward optimal wellbeing! In this course, we examine how dietary and lifestyle patterns impact inflammatory markers in our bodies, share recipes to inspire you to explore a plant-based diet, and provide concrete resources for reducing chronic stress in your daily life.
Through exploring the 8 Dimensions of Wellness, we dive deeply into ingrained mental, emotional, and other habits we have developed that might not serve us well any longer.
Throughout the course, reflection opportunities will pose questions that encourage you to examine your own relationship to your body, your mind, and your spirit. Create a quiet atmosphere in which to explore your responses – we encourage you to keep a journal nearby to record your thoughts.
By the end of the course, you will have built your toolbox to use as a guide as you continue to explore what wellness modalities can be integrated seamlessly and sustainably into your live.
